Note: This one was written recently as a spur-of-the-moment thing and was supposed to be one of those "vote on the next step" stories, but I decided based on feedback to previous similar plot themes that it wouldn't be accepted. Adventures In Parodyverse - First Day Yuki Shiro looked up from a book she was reading. She sat cocoooned comfortably sideways in a large armchair, holding the large book with her forearms, quietly leafing through it until his arrival. "You're early," she said as if she were slightly annoyed by it. "I make a point of being punctual," Dominic Clancy pointed out. He looked Yuki over. Her feet were completely bare, and she wore jeans and a Bean and Donut tee-shirt. "And neatly dressed," he added. Yuki smirked. She quickly slid out of the jeans to reveal a short, plaid skirt. "Would you prefer a schoolgirl outfit? I'm sure it will do wonders for keeping your attention." Dominic cleared his throat, but didn't reply. "Can we just get started? I am paying by the hour, after all." "Okay," Yuki replied, tossing the jeans aside and ignoring Dominic's look of disapproval. "First lesson." Seemingly out of nowhere a dark-haired Asian woman struck Mr. Epitome on the back of the neck hard with a wooden stick...and it stung. Just as he turned around to see who it was, the stick hit him again, square on the nose. And then swept out his feet, destabilizing him so he fell onto his back. Angrily, he jumped up, lashed out and grabbed at the stick, but it stayed out of his reach. She then jabbed him with it in the center of his chest, and it hurt. He moved like lightning, crossing the room in an instant, catching the small woman with the back of his arm and hurling her into the opposite wall, cracking the plaster. The stick clattered to the ground. The small woman stood shakily. He vaguely recogized her. "What the hell is wrong with you?" she asked angrily, wiping her bleeding nose gently on her sleeve. She frowned as she added, "You made me bleed. I aught to kill you for that." "I'd like to see you try," Dominic replied coldly. "This, Dominic, is Keiko Takashi. She's a ninja trained former assassin." Yuki smiled as she gave him the news. Dominic turned pale for a moment as he glanced sideways at the small angry Asian woman. Her eyes remained fixed on him and seemed a little bloodthirsty. It made him shiver deep down. "What was the point of bringing her into this?" Yuki walked casually up to Dominic and wiped away the blood tricking from his nose with her index finger. "That's the point," she replied. "She's half your weight, half your size, one hundredth your strength, and has no special powers to speak of. And look what she did to you with just a wooden stick." Keiko stood slowly and gave Dominic, and then Yuki, each a quick bow. "I'll see you later Yuki," she said. "No, no, stick around." Yuki offered her a spot in the chair where she was reading earlier. "The least I can do for your trouble is give you a show." Keiko shrugged and sat down to watch the training. "I'm not sure sure I feel comfortable with someone watching me," Dominic said. He silently fumed some more when he noticed Jay Boaz sticking his head into the room to see what was going on. "Especially not him." "What did I do?" Jay asked. He frowned when Dominic moved to attempt to force him to leave. "You touch me and we're going to have a problem." "Guys, back off," Yuki warned them. She quickly moved between the two and seperated them at the length of both of her extended arms. "Jay, please, we're working here. Dominic...forget about him and focus." "Fine, I'll go." Jay looked at Yuki. "But only because you asked me to." "Jay," Yuki stopped him for a moment. "We need to talk about this later." Dominic thought about smirking at that, but Yuki quickly gave him a look that said 'don't you dare'. "Okay," Jay agreed. "After you're done. I'll wait for you." "Thank you." Yuki quickly closed the door and looked at Dominic. "Let's get to work." --- Nearly an hour later Dominic limped breathlessly out of the room where Yuki had been training him. She was calm, almost leisurely, and hadn't even broken a sweat. "You work too hard," she told him. "That's your biggest problem. You're out of breath and tired because you waste so much energy." "Okay," he agreed half-heartedly. "Before the next lesson," she told him, "I want you to think about how many times you take a swing and miss your target. How many times you hit the floor. How many times you punch an inanimate object instead of what you meant to hit. It's all wasted energy. Keiko here--" She glanced at Keiko. "--if she meant to kill you all she'd have to do is avoid you and wait for you to get tired. It would't take much to finish you off then." "I understand." he said. "Do you know why I'm doing this?" Yuki asked. "Why?" Yuki smiled. "Because you're becoming close to the Lair Legion. I might have to work with you someday, and I want you both to survive it and be able to depend on you. As long as you're willing to do what it takes to get there--" "I am," Dominic promised. "Excuse me, I really need a shower." "Go ahead, enjoy." Yuki waved at him as he limped away. "Wow, you really messed him up," Jay Boaz pointed out as he arrived just in time to see Dominic leave. "He did that himself," Yuki said. "I never even touched him. All I did was stay out of reach." Jay laughed, but then his smile disappeared as he felt guilty for laughing. "So...what did you want to talk to me about?" "Come." Yuki began to lead Jay down the hall toward her quarters. She waved at Keiko just as the Asian assassin left. "His quarters are close to the training room I was using, he might still be able to hear us. My place is just far enough that he can't." Jay waited until she closed the door to speak again, just in case she was wrong in her estimate. "Why did you want to talk to me?" he asked again. "You and Dominic." Yuki went straight to the point. "I don't know what the problem is, and I don't really care, but you both really need to grow up and stop it." "But it was his fault--" Jay protested. "Don't you get it? It doesn't matter anymore," Yuki told him as she shook her head. "The testosterone level between you two is getting dangerously high, and someone's going to get hurt. You need to mellow out about this thing now." Jay sighed. "I know. It's just difficult, cause every time I try to put it aside he tests me and makes me angry again." Yuki rolled her eyes and sighed. "Ignore him," she said. "How can you be so high strung to let that get to you, Jay? I mean really, what's the deal?" She smiled at him slyly and tilted her head. "What do I have to do to get you to let go of this anger and forget about it?" Jay looked down and shrugged. "Maybe it just takes time. He really rubs me the wrong way." "So maybe you need to be rubbed the right way," Yuki suggested. He looked confused at that suggestion, even after Yuki smirked at him. Confused, right up until she demonstrated what she meant. She quickly stripped off her shirt and tossed it aside, ruffling her own hair with one smooth motion. "We need to get you laid," she quickly said. "Yuki," Jay began protesting, but even the end of that one word trailed off as she began touching him, seemingly over his entire body at once, both with well practiced fingers and kisses carefully planted to light his skin aflame. She was so strong...he felt secretly impressed at how she didn't stop even as she lifted him and transplanted him to the bed. He felt his body becoming more awake than he had ever felt himself before. As he began feeling the exhilarating chill in the air of Yuki's room, as his clothing was removed, he was on autopilot. His fingers reaching for the perfect soft curves of her body even though he didn't intend to, and still working their way up to the even more perfect breasts. "Maybe we--" Jay began to whisper, interrupted by kisses from Yuki. He thought about trying to stop it for a fleeting moment as logic intervened, but quickly dissolved as his body, and even his hands, refused to obey as they caressed her curves some more. And then she began to make love to him, with infinite delicacy yet infinite intensity. He awoke after what seemed like a short time later, feeling exhausted yet exilarated. Yuki still lay atop him calmly, smiling at him. He found that warm and soothing for some reason. "What time is it?" he asked. "Almost dinner time," Yuki told him. "You had quite an adventure, Jay." Jay couldn't help but smile at that assessment, even though deep down he still felt unsure. "I don't get tired like ordinary people do," Yuki explained. "But you held up remarkably well." She smiled slyly. "You must have needed it more than I thought." "I...still don't see the point of--" Jay began. "Are you still angry at Dominic?" Yuki asked. Jay thought for a moment, tried his best to work up the anger again, but Yuki's calm, deep purple eyes and the memory of what he just shared with her drained it all away. "No," he whispered. "I guess not. But why would you--" "Because you're unbelievably hot." Yuki giggled a little as she said that. "And honestly I've been looking for an excuse to get you into bed since the day I moved into the Lair Mansion." She smirked at him and added, "You didn't disappoint, either." "I just--" Jay sighed and ran his fingers through her soft purple hair. "I want you to understand how wrong this is for me." "Were you waiting for marriage?" Yuki asked. She sounded genuinely curious, rather than mocking. "It's a little late for that," he admitted. "But I was hoping for something deeper than...you know...just--" "Well, you like me don't you?" she asked. "Yes," Jay replied. "I mean...I do now, I guess. Very much." Yuki shrugged gently. "Okay, I'll be your girlfriend. We can go out sometimes, hang out. You know, try to balance out the amazing sex with normal stuff." "You're going to be my girlfriend?" Jay asked, sounding surprised. "I thought you and Al B were--" "We're just friends, really." Yuki told him. "And he's been showing more interest in other girls so...just say 'yes' and I'm yours." "Mine?" Jay asked. Yuki nodded again. "Totally dedicated to you and only you. It may not seem like it sometimes but I have a real loyalty streak." "Hmm," was all Jay replied right away. So many thoughts raced through his head. How much of a fantasy Yuki would fulfill. How jealous the other guys in the Lair Legion would be...especially Dominic and Dream. And how amazing it would be to have such an unusual girlfriend, one who could protect him as well as he could protect her. A difficult decision indeed.
